Autumn is officially here, ushering in cooler temperatures, changing leaves, cozy sweaters and lots of pumpkin spice. Thankfully, fans of the season can celebrate their addiction to all things Fall in another way as well—by drinking up some delicious seasonal cocktails.

Now that the first official day of Fall has arrived, there’s no better time to enjoy these seasonal delights than right now. Sit back and enjoy the season with these nine delicious drinks.

Apple Of My Eye

What You Need:

  • 1 oz. Aberfeldy 12-year-old Scotch
  • ¼ oz. Simple Syrup
  • ¼ oz. Ancho Reyes
  • ¼ oz. Lemon Juice
  • 2 dashes Regans Orange Bitters
  • Apple Cider

To make, combine the first six ingredients and stir. Top with apple cider and serve in a collins glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

Autumn Old-Fashioned

What You Need:

  • 1 1 /2 oz. Bourbon Whiskey
  • 1 oz. Breckenridge Brewery Autumn Ale
  • ¼ oz. Caramel Liqueur
  • 1 pinch Brown Sugar
  • 2 dashes Black Walnut Bitters
  • 1 Orange Peel

To make, start by sprinkling the brown sugar and bitters in a rocks glass, then add the whiskey and liqueur. Add ice, then top with the Autumn Ale and the Orange Peel.

Captain Apple Plankers

What You Need:

  • 6 oz. Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
  • 20 oz. Unsweetened Apple Juice
  • 3 tbsp. Unflavored Gelatin Powder
  • ¾ cup Sugar
  • ¾ tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • Garnish: Whipped Cream, Caramel

To make, pout the apple juice into a saucepan, and sprinkle the gelatin evenly over the top. Let sit two minutes, then bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat and make sure the gelatin is fully dissolved. Stir in the sugar and cinnamon until dissolved, then remove the mixture from the heat and allow it to cool to room temperature.

Stir in the Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum and pour the mixture into shot molds, then place the molds in the freezer for at least four hours so that it can cool and solidify. Top each shot with whipped cream, caramel and a dusting of cinnamon before serving.

Chilly Day Apple and Ginger Fizz

What You Need:

  • 1 ½ oz. Beefeater Gin
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 1 ½ oz. Pressed Apple Cider
  • ½ oz. Lemon Juice
  • 2 oz. Ginger Beer

To make, build in a stemless wine glass with a handful of ice cubes. Stir and garnish with apple slices, a cinnamon stick and a clove-studded lemon wheel.

Fall Sparkler

What You Need:

  • 1 oz. Barefoot Bubbly Extra Dry
  • ½ oz. Pear Juice
  • ¾ oz. Apple Juice
  • 1.2 oz. Cranberry Juice
  • Sugar, Cinnamon and Nutmeg for the Sugared Rim
  • Fresh or Frozen Cranberries for Garnish

To Make, combine equal parts sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg on a plate and rim a chilled wine glass with lemon, then dip into the sugar mixture. Drop in a few fresh or frozen cranberries and set aside. Combine the juices in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into the glass, then top with the Barefoot Bubbly Extra Dry.

Pumpkin Spice Margarita

What You Need:

  • 1 ½ oz. Tequila Cazadores Reposado
  • 1 oz. Bold Pumpkin Spice Liqueur
  • 2 oz. Orange Juice
  • ½ oz. Lemon Juice
  • Dash of Cinnamon Powder

To make, combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and serve over the rocks. Rim glass with cinnamon sugar, and garnish with slices of lime and orange.

Ruffino Jack Of Spades

What You Need:

  • 2 parts Ruffino Prosecco
  • 1 ½ parts cognac
  • ¾ parts lemon juice
  • 1 part apple cider
  • ½ part honey syrup (2:1 honey to water)
  • Apple Slices

To make, shake the cognac, lemon, apple cider ad honey syrup in a cocktail shaker, then strain into a lowball glass with ice. Top with Prosecco and garnish with an apple slice.

Spiced Apple Hot Toddy

What You Need:

  • 2 ¼ cups Apple Cider or Unfiltered Apple Juice
  • 3 tbsp. Light-colored Raw Honey
  • 4 Cinnamon Sticks, plus more for garnish
  • 2 tsp. Whole Cloves
  • 1 cup plus 2 tbsp. Of Bourbon
  • 3 tbsp. Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • Apple Slices, to garnish

To make, combine the apple cider, honey, cinnamon sticks and cloves in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and steep, covered, for 15 minutes. Strain out the solids, then stir in the bourbon and lemon juice, Divide among six mugs and garnish each mug with an apple slice and a cinnamon stick.

What You Need:

  • 2 oz. Fuji Apple Infused Tito’s Handmade Vodka (infusion is made by slicing up 1-2 Fuji Apples and dropping into a resealable glass container with the vodka and letting sit in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. Strain the fruit when the desired flavor is achieved).
  • 2 oz. Sparkling Mineral Water (optional)
  • 1 oz. Fresh Orange Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Honey
  • 1 Dash Cinnamon
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick

To make, add all ingredients (except the water) to a shaker with ice, shake, and then strain over ice. Top with the sparkling mineral water and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
